Refund Policy for Wrong Token Deposits

  1. Eligible Refunds

    • Refunds apply only to stable-token deposits made in USDT or USDC.

    • Refunds are only processed for deposits sent through unsupported blockchain networks on our mobile app, pending when these networks are integrated into our programmable wallet infrastructure. Only currently supported blockchain networks, on our programmable wallet infrastructure can be recoverable.

  2. Recovery Conditions

    • Token deposits can only be recovered if the blockchain network is supported on our infrastructure.

    • If the blockchain remains unsupported, recovery will not be possible.

  3. Recovery Fee

    • A 7.5% commission fee will be charged for all successful recoveries of token deposits from unsupported networks.

    • The fee will be deducted from the recovered amount before the refund is processed into the users account.

  4. Scope of Coverage

    • This policy covers only USDT and USDC token deposits.

    • Any other tokens or digital assets are not recoverable under this policy.

    • Recovered deposits will be made to users accounts only.

    • Refunds take 24 hours after report, to be credited to user account,

Wrong USDT or USDC deposits to these blockchains specified above is recoverable with a technical fee of 7.5%.
